Midi Sheet Music (patched)

This is a patched version of "Midi Sheet Music".

Kudos to Madhav Vaidyanathan for publishing his app as open source.

This patched version supports four additional features:

1) Volume control per track in 10% steps.

2) Left/Right control per track in 5 steps.

3) Metronom ticks

4) associate mime type "audio/midi"

The code changes are available as patch for the Feature Requests 14 "Individual voice volumes and L-R playback", 16 "Add Metronome" and 18 "associate with MID-files ":

This is NOT a fork of the original project.
